Shipping policy

Once the order is confirmed on our website, the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands it is necessary to send an email to customers@volava.com to coordinate the shipment.

Once the shipment is made, you will receive an email with the tracking number provided by the transport agency, usually the agency is SEUR, although it may vary.

If within the indicated period of time you do not receive the shipment or the transport agency has not contacted to agree on a delivery date, please send us an email to customers@volava.com indicating the order number so that we can track your shipment .
