Once you have chosen the product and provided your personal details, when you indicate the delivery address the website will calculate and display the shipping costs.
We currently ship abroad only in Europe. Shipping abroad has an additional cost that can be seen on the website after indicating the shipping address during the purchase process.
At Volava we want to make things easy for you, which is why we offer various payment methods to facilitate your purchase.
You can choose from the following payment methods:

● Paypal
● Payment in installments
● Bank Deposit
You can choose the payment method in the fourth step of your purchase, after choosing the product: Cart ˃ Information ˃ Shipping ˃ Payment
You can choose to pay for your equipment in installments from 2 to 37 months with no interest! Select the ""Installment"" payment method
You will find the payment option during the purchase process, after indicating your personal details and shipping address, in the payment section

Dispone de un plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de entrega para solicitar una devolución a clientes@volava.com

Deberá  enviar el paquete con todo el embalaje original en perfecto estado. Los gastos de envío de las devoluciones son a cargo del cliente.
Una vez esté el producto en nuestros almacenes y hayamos comprobado que se encuentra en el mismo estado en el que fue entregado, procederemos a devolver el importe indicado mediante la misma forma de pago en el que realizó su pedido. Si falta algún elemento se descontará del importe a devolver.
