On the Volava screen you can choose how to make your class.
In addition to the instructor who makes the class, if you want, you can see your position and that of other users on the classification and your values pulse, calories, cadence (RPM), power (watts) and resistance you are doing. All the data is displayed in real time for a better follow-up of the session and greater motivation.
The instructors indicate the cadence, which is the pedaling speed, and the adequate resistance for each section of the session. If you repeat a session you will also see your previous classification and compete, if you want, against yourself.
